ECC046 - Newham Grange Farm Fencing repairs

This is a contract for fencing repairs at Newham Grange Farm. This is now an emergency, if the fence repairs aren't carried out the animal welfare will surfer, public will stop coming, income will diminish, animals (cows) will no longer be secure and could brake free from the paddock and wounder on to the A174, this would be a reputational disaster for the council.
