Learning Disabilities Inpatient Assessment and Treatment Service
The Norfolk and Suffolk ICB commission Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver the Learning Disability (LD) inpatient assessment and treatment service. The current contract ending in August 2026. HPFT also provides LD community services, psychiatry, and the Intensive Support Service under a separate contract running until May 2028. HPFT will be awarded an inpatient contract to align with the wider LD service contract to 31 May 2028.
