EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

SettleParadigm wishes to appoint an external auditor to undertake the statutory annual financial external audit of the group and its subsidiaries. The intention is to commence with the year ending 31 March 2027 for a period of three years with an option to extend for up to two more years on a plus one basis (i.e. 3 years + 1 year + 1 year).
