S1108 - Responsive Repairs and Small Works

Salford City Council (The "Authority") are looking to enter into an Agreement for Responsive Repairs and Small Works (the "Works"). The Authority is intending to establish a Contract for the Works with a single (1) supplier (the "Contractor"). The Contract is designed to deliver: • a 24-hour 365 days a year multi-trade responsive repairs works service to the Council commercial, industrial and residential property assets. • multi-trade small works packages up to a value £30,000 excluding of VAT per order.
